Pay Dues

Association dues are due on the 1st of every month and considered late after the 15th . Any payments in our hands after the 15th will be subjected to a delinquent fee(s) and interest. Note: late fees will not be assessed in February 2025.

Please review the options available to make your association payments:

Option 1: lockbox service

When writing your check, please make sure to make it payable to the association in which you reside and include your account number on the memo line. Do not include any other correspondence with payments to the lockbox, as they will be delayed unnecessarily.

Option 2: Sign up for AUTOMATIC DEBIT (ACH)

With ACH, your assessment payment will be automatically deducted from your checking account on the fifth of the month that an assessment is due, this date cannot be changed. It is free to sign up and there is no cost to you associated with processing each month.

Simply fill out the ACH authorization form, provide a voided check (if no check available a copy of a bank statement with both your account number and routing number clearly listed will suffice) and mail to The Helm office OR email completed form and copy of voided check to ach@helmmanagement.com.

Option 3: Pay online through the HOMEOWNER PORTAL

You are able to make online payments using either e-check or credit card, please keep in mind there are third party merchant fees that will apply to each transaction for making online payments.

To make your payments, please go to www.helmmanagement.com and click the Member Login button to access the owner portal. On your first visit to the website, you will need to register your account(s). Click the Member Login button and on the next screen simply click on the “Register” button and enter your information. Your email address is your Login ID and a password will be sent to you by email (check your spam folder if not in your inbox). Once you receive your password, you will be ready to login and make online payments.

If you own multiple units at one association, or several Helm managed associations, you can link your units under one login; simply register additional accounts at the bottom of the “My Profile” page and click the “Register an Additional Property” tab. *To access the owner portal please use a PC or laptop, mobile devices are not recommended since the site is incompatible with mobile devices and will not allow for full access to account.*

Option 4: Bank Bill Pay

You may contact your bank and set up automatic or self-directed bill pay through your bank. You will need to provide them with the information located on the bottom of your owner statement indicating your account number and where to send the payment.

If you are making payments through your bank, please include the information below as the payee and make sure you include your association account number in the memo line.
